Jerky & Spice is a craft jerky and deep-fried peanut brand with long-trusted private-label jerky lines and a 70% Amazon revenue mix.

The catalog had solid organic foundations — the listings were old, ranked, and selling — but nothing was being done to grow them. Zero ad spend on the account meant zero paid revenue. Listing images were basic and dated. Keyword strategy hadn't been touched in years. A real business sitting on a flat trajectory, leaving the upside on the table.

PPC From Scratch

Built the entire advertising program from zero — strategy, structure, and campaigns. Sponsored Products carried the rank push, Sponsored Brands and Display layered in for visibility. Ad spend scaled from $3.6K to $14.9K per month as profitable revenue compounded — every dollar of new spend had a thesis behind it.

Listing Overhaul

Rebuilt creative across 80% of the catalog — new main images, new listing image stacks, premium A+ Content, brand story, and a full storefront. Old listings with strong organic foundations finally had Amazon-grade creative behind them, lifting CTR and CVR at the same time.

Organic SEO Refresh

Ran a complete SEO refresh on the majority of the catalog — titles, bullets, descriptions, backend keywords. Tied the keyword strategy directly to the PPC campaigns so paid traffic accelerated organic rank instead of just sitting alongside it.

Subscribe & Save Push

Launched coupons and S&S-specific promotions across the qualifying catalog to convert one-time buyers into recurring subscribers. Subscriber count climbed from 447 to 1,108 in 12 months, then to 1,797 by month 18 — a 4x lift on the most valuable customer segment.
