Week two, we present our findings and a prioritized action plan. Weeks three and four, we start executing — usually beginning with the highest-impact, lowest-effort wins like eliminating wasted ad spend and fixing catalog issues. You’ll have a dedicated Slack channel and your first video strategy call within the first five business days.
